What you would do
- Assist in overseeing daily security operations across the resort.
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, Rays, visitors, and resort assets.
- Supervise and guide the Security team to maintain operational standards.
- Conduct regular patrols, inspections, and security risk assessments.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and security concerns.
- Conduct investigations and prepare accurate incident and investigation reports.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, key control, and other security systems.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures, drills, and safety initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with resort security policies and safety procedures.
- Collaborate with departments to maintain a safe and secure resort environment.
What they are looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years Security experience, including a supervisory role within a five-star luxury resort or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, investigations, and emergency response.
- Experience in CCTV monitoring, access control, and incident management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions during emergencies.
- Relevant Security, First Aid, Fire Safety, or similar certification preferred.
