What you would do

  • Oversee day-to-day bar and restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
  • Lead and supervise the Food & Beverage team, ensuring all team members provide outstanding customer service and maintain high operational standards.
  • Monitor service quality and implement improvements as necessary.
  • Develop and conduct training programs to enhance team skills in both restaurant and bar operations.
  • Assist and address guests' concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Kitchen team to maintain menu quality and presentation.
  • Train and implement HACCP standards, including proper food handling, storage, preparation, and service.
  • Monitor budgetary guidelines and ensure cost control measures are in place and implement revenue-generating initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the F&B Manager to develop menus and recommend pricing strategies.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

  • Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to handle guest complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Experience in the Maldives resort industry is preferred but not required.
