Noku Maldives by Vignette Collection seeks an enthusiastic and guest-focused Waiter to join the Food & Beverage team, delivering warm, attentive service and creating memorable dining experiences.

What you would do

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive and escort them to their tables.
• Take orders from guests and provide recommendations on menu items, beverages and packages.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
• Record guests' order details and repeat the order to the guest to check for accuracy.
• Serve guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
• Respond to guest inquiries and complaints in a polite and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs and dining room floors.
• Set up mise-en-place for various facility offerings, such as special dinners, wedding and birthday celebrations, and picnic party setups.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and up-sell food and beverage products to guests.

What they are looking for

• A year of experience in Food & Beverage Service or any related field.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of the food and beverage industry, including wine and cocktail service, preferred.
• Experience in the Maldives resort industry is preferred but not required.
