What you would do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee induction processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Maldives Labour Law.
- Support employee relations by handling staff queries and coordinating disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Prepare HR reports, employment documentation, and provide administrative support to HR operations.
What they are looking for
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Officer role within a luxury hotel or resort.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, Maldives Labour Law, and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
