• Prepare HR reports, employment documentation, and provide administrative support to HR operations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Officer role within a luxury hotel or resort.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, Maldives Labour Law, and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
