About the role
Meeru Maldives Resort Island seeks a female bartender with passion for exceptional customer service to join the team at the resort.

What you would do
- Maintain proper set-up of the bar on a daily basis
- Ensure daily stock requisitions are checked correctly
- Responsible for maintaining, cutting and storing of all perishable stock such as fruits and vegetables garnishes, juices, to ensure product quality
- Have full knowledge of all current promotions and available food and beverage products in all outlets to recommend and upsell to guests
- Familiarise oneself with all long-term and regular and VIP guests
What they are looking for
- High school diploma preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel bartending required
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, as well as mixing and preparing various beverages and cocktails
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal
- Customer-driven, excellent customer care skills and interpersonal relations
- Knowledgeable of the basic Health, Safety and Food Hygiene guidelines
