Crown & Champa Resorts seeks a skilled, service-oriented bartender for their Food & Beverage team at a luxury resort in Lhaviyani Atoll, responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service and preparing high-quality cocktails.

What you would do

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to established standards
• Provide personalised and attentive service and recommend beverages based on guest preferences
• Maintain excellent standards of bar presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation
• Ensure proper stock control, inventory, portion control, and minimisation of wastage
• Maintain and properly use all bar equipment, glassware, tools, and supplies
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to deliver an exceptional luxury guest experience and support smooth daily operations

What they are looking for

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a bartender in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end bar
• Professional qualification in bartending, hospitality, or food and beverage preferred
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, liqueurs, and beverages
• Good understanding of mixology techniques, cocktail presentation, garnishing, and recipes
• Previous experience in a luxury resort or international hospitality environment is an advantage
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills with good command of English
• Well-groomed, professional, energetic, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
