What you would do

• Own revenue strategy across all outlets, including pricing, events, corporate bookings and partnerships
• Take full P&L accountability for each outlet and deliver agreed revenue and GOP targets
• Develop, execute and refine strategic plan including SOPs, business goals and growth initiatives
• Recruit, train and lead a high-performing team, setting performance standards and providing feedback
• Ensure seamless day-to-day operations maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and efficiency
• Champion customer-centric approach and address customer feedback to improve dining experiences
• Oversee all staff-related matters including accommodation, payroll and general welfare
• Coordinate with procurement manager and approve supplier orders when required
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements and industry standards
• Coordinate maintenance planning to minimise downtime and maintain operational efficiency

What they are looking for

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations
• At least 2–3 years in a senior management role
• Experience in recruiting, training and leading high-performing teams
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting KPIs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems including POS, CRM and ERP platforms
