Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations
- At least 2–3 years in a senior management role
- Experience in recruiting, training and leading high-performing teams
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting KPIs
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems including POS, CRM and ERP platforms

Responsibilities
- 01Own revenue strategy across all outlets, including pricing, events, corporate bookings and partnerships
- 02Take full P&L accountability for each outlet and deliver agreed revenue and GOP targets
- 03Develop, execute and refine strategic plan including SOPs, business goals and growth initiatives
- 04Recruit, train and lead a high-performing team, setting performance standards and providing feedback
- 05Ensure seamless day-to-day operations maintaining high standards of service, cleanliness and efficiency
- 06Champion customer-centric approach and address customer feedback to improve dining experiences
- 07Oversee all staff-related matters including accommodation, payroll and general welfare
- 08Coordinate with procurement manager and approve supplier orders when required
- 09Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements and industry standards
- 10Coordinate maintenance planning to minimise downtime and maintain operational efficiency
