About the role

Solaris Hospitality is seeking a Social Media Specialist to plan, create and manage the social media presence of Riveli Beach Club & Restaurant in Hulhumale' and the Nami Japanese restaurant.

What you would do

• Handle and maintain the Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts of Riveli and Nami
• Plan, create and publish content for each outlet, including feed posts, stories and Reels or TikTok videos
• Plan and carry out photo and video shoots at each outlet
• Handle design requirements for both outlets
• Cover events held at both outlets and produce content from them
• Respond to customer reviews of Riveli and Nami on online review platforms
• Prepare a monthly social media plan for each outlet
• Prepare a monthly report for each outlet covering follower growth, advertisement spend, engagement and reach

What they are looking for

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for restaurants, hospitality or lifestyle brands, with a portfolio of work
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends and understanding of the Maldivian F&B market and customer preferences
• Ability to attend on-site shoots and events at the outlets as required
• Organised, self-directed and reliable, with a record of meeting deadlines
