About the role
Support HR operations and maintain high standards of associate welfare and engagement at Coco Palm Dhuni Kolhu resort in the Maldives.

What you would do
- Plan, organise, and coordinate welfare activities, recreational events, sports and cultural programmes.
- Oversee the condition of accommodation, recreational facilities and ensure they are well maintained.
- Serve as a first point of contact for staff welfare concerns and assist new associates in settling into accommodation.
- Organise events, sports tournaments, recognition programmes, and festive activities.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks.
- Promote a positive work culture and interdepartmental communications.
What they are looking for
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year work experience in a luxury resort in the Maldives.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of HRIS, Microsoft Office, Canva.
- Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a positive and flexible attitude.
- Candidates must demonstrate a dynamic, positive, and energetic leadership style with excellent communication skills.
