What you would do

• Supervise and coordinate daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Welcome and interact with guests warmly, respond to inquiries, and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
• Supervise and support F&B team members, ensuring compliance with service standards, grooming, hygiene, and operational procedures.
• Monitor outlet operations, including table setup, service delivery, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
• Ensure accurate handling of cash, bills, credit card transactions, and other payment procedures.
• Maintain good knowledge of food and beverage menus, promotions, resort facilities, and services.
• Exhibit a positive, "can-do" attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills.

What they are looking for

• Possess a minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar supervisory role; High School or Hotel School graduate.
• Applications from Maldivian candidates are strongly encouraged.
