What you would do

• Provide a warm, professional, and efficient check-in and check-out experience.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Conduct the nightly audit process, verifying daily transactions and preparing end-of-day reports.
• Balance daily revenue reports for Rooms, F&B, and other outlets.
• Ensure accurate recording of guest information, payments, and reservations in PMS (Opera).
• Operate and manage the PABX system efficiently, handling internal and external calls.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for room readiness and guest needs.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions in line with financial procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure guest and property safety during night shifts.
• Maintain a neat and welcoming reception and lobby area at all times.

What they are looking for

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in Front Office or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused attitude.
• Skilled in PABX systems and Property Management Systems.
• Sound knowledge of night audit procedures and financial balancing.
• Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficient in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Experience in the Maldives resort industry will be an added advantage.
