- Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within a luxury hospitality environment preferred
- Keen eye for detail and passion for maintaining exceptional cleanliness, presentation and guest comfort
- Strong leadership, organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to uphold high housekeeping standards and conduct room inspections
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, inventory control, hygiene and health and safety standards
- Self-motivated and proactive with commitment to continuous improvement
- Ability and willingness to learn, adapt and perform all related duties
- Physically fit and capable of performing operational requirements
