Crown & Champa Resorts seeks a skilled, service-oriented Bartender for its Food & Beverage team at a luxury resort in the Maldives.

What you would do

• Prepare and serve high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to established standards.
• Provide personalized and attentive service and recommend beverages based on guest preferences.
• Maintain excellent standards of bar presentation, cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.
• Ensure proper stock control, inventory, portion control, and minimization of wastage.
• Maintain and properly use all bar equipment, glassware, tools, and supplies.
• Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Work closely with the F&B team to deliver an exceptional luxury guest experience and support smooth daily operations.

What they are looking for

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Bartender in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, or high-end bar.
• Professional qualification in Bartending, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, liqueurs, and beverages.
• Good understanding of mixology techniques, cocktail presentation, garnishing, and recipes.
• Previous experience in a luxury resort or international hospitality environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills with good command of English.
• Well-groomed, professional, energetic, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
