ލޭގެ ބަލިތަކަށް ހޭލުންތެރިކުރުވައި، ލޭ ރައްކައުތެރިކުރުމުގެ މަސައްކަތްކުރާ އަމިއްލަ ޖަމުޢިއްޔާއެއްގެ ފަންނީ މެންބަރެއް.

ލޭގެ ބަލިތަކަށް ހޭލުންތެރިކުރުވައި، ލޭ ރައްކައުތެރިކުރުމުގެ މަސައްކަތްކުރާ އަމިއްލަ ޖަމުޢިއްޔާއެއްގެ ފަންނީ މެންބަރެއްކަމުގައިވުން.
ހުށަހަޅަންޖެހޭ ލިޔުންތައް
1. މެންބަރުކަމަށް އެދި ހުށަހަޅާ ސިޓީ
2. ލިބިފައިވާ ތަޢުލީމީ ސެޓުފިކެޓުތަކުގެ ކޮޕީ؛
(ހ) މޯލްޑިވްސް ކޮލިފިކޭޝަންސް އޮތޯރިޓީއިން ލެވަލް ކަނޑައަޅައި ތައްގަނޑު ޖަހާފައިވާ، މަތީ ތަޢުލީމުދޭ ރާއްޖެއިން ބޭރުގެ މަރުކަޒަކުން ދޫކޮށްފައިވާ ތަޢުލީމީ ސެޓުފިކެޓުތަކުގެ ކޮޕީއާއި ޓްރާންސްކްރިޕްޓުގެ ކޮޕީ؛ ނުވަތަ: ސެޓްފިކެޓު ނެތް ޙާލަތްތަކުގައި، ކޯސް ފުރިހަމަކުރިކަމުގެ ލިޔުމުގެ ކޮޕީއާއި، މޯލްޑިވްސް ކޮލިފިކޭޝަންސް އޮތޯރިޓީން ދޫކޮށްފައިވާ އެސެސްމަންޓް ރިޕޯޓްގެ ކޮޕީ އަދި ޓްރާންސްކްރިޕްޓްގެ ކޮޕީ
(ށ) ރާއްޖޭގެ މަތީ ތައުލީމުދޭ މަރުކަޒަކުން ދޫކޮށްފައިވާ ތައުލީމީ ސެޓުފިކެޓުތަކުގެ ކޮޕީއާއި ޓްރާންސްކްރިޕްޓްގެ ކޮޕީ؛ ނުވަތަ ކޯސް ފުރިހަމަކުރިކަމުގެ ލިޔުމުގެ ކޮޕީއާއި ޓްރާންސްކްރިޕްޓްގެ ކޮޕީ.
3. މަސައްކަތުގެ ދާއިރާއިން ވަކި ލައިސަންސެއް ނުވަތަ ހުއްދައެއް ލިބިގެން މަސައްކަތްކުރާ ފަރާތެއް ކަމުގައިވާނަމަ، އެފަދަ ލައިސަންސެއް ނުވަތަ ހުއްދައެއްގެ ކޮޕީ.
4. ދިވެހި ރައްޔިތެއްކަން އަންގައިދޭ ކާޑުގެ ދެފުށުގެ ލިޔުންތައް ފެންނަ، ލިޔެފައިވާ ލިޔުންތައް ކިޔަން އެނގޭ ފަދަ ކޮޕީއެއް. ނުވަތަ އައި.ޑީ. ކާޑު ގެއްލިފައިވާ ނަމަ، އެ ފަރާތެއްގެ ޕާސްޕޯޓް ނުވަތަ ޑްރައިވިންގ ލައިސަންސްގެ ކޮޕީ.
5. ވަނަވަރު (ގުޅޭނެ ނަންބަރާއި އީމެއިލް އެޑްރެސް ހިމެނޭގޮތަށް)
6. ޖަމުޢިއްޔާގެ މެންބަރެއްކަން އަންގައިދޭ ލިޔުން.
ސުންގަޑި
މަޤާމަށް އެދި ހުށަހަޅަންޖެހޭ ލިޔުންތައް ހުށަހަޅާނީ 29 އޮކްޓޫބަރު 2026 ވާ ބުރާސްފަތި ދުވަހުގެ 13:00 ގެ ކުރިން، މި މިނިސްޓްރީގެ އީ-މެއިލް [email protected] އަށެވެ.
އަދި އިޢުލާނުގެ ސުންގަޑި ހަމަވުމުގެ ކުރިން ސަރުކާރުން އިތުރު ބަންދު ދުވަހެއް ކަނޑައަޅައިފި ނަމަ، އެ ކަނޑައަޅާ ދުވަހުގެ އަދަދަށް މި އިޢުލާނުގެ ސުންގަޑި އިތުރުވާނެއެވެ.
