Main Responsibilities of the Post:
1. Filing cases submitted to the Office of the Prosecutor General, arranging documents and writing folder numbers on folders, clearing the criminal records of persons involved in cases, adding suspect details, handing cases over to lawyers and conducting other administrative work related to the cases.
2. Filing and numbering urgent cases, preparing a register of urgent cases and handing them over to lawyers.
3. Following up on case updates for persons receiving legal aid in court cases.
4. Reconciling court orders received on case hearings and reconciling lawyers' files.
5. Conducting work on travel documents that need to be reconciled with cases and section work.
6. Preparing a list of detained persons in preliminary cases.
7. If a list is received requesting the section to check criminal records, checking the criminal record and carrying out necessary actions in that regard.
8. Assisting in preparing a monthly report at the end of each month.
9. At the end of each year, assisting in preparing detailed accounts of information required for the annual report of that year.
10. Assisting in all other work related to other work of Prosecution Support.
11. In addition to this, carrying out other work assigned in relation to the office's work.
Qualification or requirements:
- Holding a Level 4 certificate in the national qualifications framework from the field related to the post's work.

Law, Shariah and Law, Administration, Public Administration and Management, Management, Business Administration, Business Management, Records Management.
