This company seeks to recruit persons for the following post.

MVR 4,100.00
Additional benefits
- Service allowance: MVR 2,460.00
- Minimum wage allowance: MVR 2,829.00
- Professional allowance:
- If degree qualified, 40% of basic salary
- If diploma qualified, 20% of basic salary
- If work is performed on overtime and public holidays, it shall be provided in accordance with the rules of entitlements for overtime and public holidays
- Requirements
Having demonstrated the skills / competence needed to carry out the post, and having a GCE O Level.
Responsibilities of the post
- Carrying out the process of recruiting and terminating foreign employees.
- Carrying out procedures for changing the jobs of foreign employees.
- Drawing up contracts for foreign employees.
- Checking and verifying that the work visas, visa and passports of foreign employees are in order.
- Looking after arrivals and departures matters.
- Conducting induction training for foreign employees newly joining Felivaru.
- Managing the leave travel arrangements for foreign employees, including departures and returns.
- Carrying out the work of opening bank accounts for foreign employees.
- Arranging bank and medical travel.
- Preparing travel requests and managing official travel and ticket matters.
Qualities to be considered for suitability for the position
(a) Based on experience gained within the field of work.
(b) Conducting an interview to verify competence.

Salary & benefits
Benefits
Service allowance of MVR 2,460.00, minimum wage allowance of MVR 2,829.00, and a professional allowance of 40% of basic salary for degree holders or 20% for diploma holders.
