Requirements

- Strong knowledge of spa treatments and guest service.
- Able to perform treatments and work as a therapist when required.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Willing to work long hours and support the team during busy operations.

Responsibilities
- 01Supervise and support the daily spa operations and team.
- 02Perform massage, facial, and body treatments to maintain high service standards.
- 03Handle spa reception duties, including reservations, guest inquiries, payments, and guest follow-up.
- 04Ensure excellent guest service and a smooth spa experience.
- 05Assist with staff scheduling, daily task allocation, training, and team coordination.
- 06Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and treatment room standards.
- 07Support the Spa Manager with daily operations, reports, stock control, projects, and other administrative duties.
- 08Assist in promoting spa treatments, packages, and retail products.
- 09Take charge of the spa operation in the absence of the Spa Manager.
- 10Ensure all spa SOPs, policies, and service standards are consistently followed.
