Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Villa or Room Attendant, preferably in a resort.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Physically fit and able to lift or carry cleaning materials and linen.
- Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in the Maldives resort industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- 01Service, clean, and maintain guest villas in line with housekeeping standards and daily work schedules.
- 02Manage room priorities for arrivals and departures based on guest timings and special requests.
- 03Change linens and replenish amenities and guest supplies while strictly following hygiene and safety procedures.
- 04Identify and report any maintenance defects, damages, or missing items promptly to the Supervisor.
- 05Adhere to sustainability practices related to energy conservation, water usage, and waste management.
- 06Ensure correct and safe use of cleaning materials, chemicals, and housekeeping equipment.
- 07Prepare decorative bed setups and special arrangements for celebrations or guest requests when required.
