Main responsibilities and duties of the post
- Obtaining samples from the parties involved in the analyses to be performed and maintaining registers and reports according to regulations.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the facility and maintaining the cleanliness of the equipment to be used.
- Clarifying the information needed by doctors related to X-rays.
- When required, providing detailed accounts needed for various departments of the hospital and preparing monthly reports.
- Maintaining stock of necessary items for the workplace and managing them carefully.
- Assisting and guiding people who come seeking services with respect and civility.
- Performing duties in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
- Being present for emergency calls as per regulations and taking responsibility for the work.
- Providing assistance with important work carried out at the hospital and handing over the work of absent staff and staff on leave to staff as instructed.
10. Participating in work conducted for the development of the hospital and actively participating in work conducted by other sections.
- 11. Working to respect the general principles and regulations of the hospital, and to uphold them accordingly.
12. Working to promote cooperation and mutual support among staff, and participating in work related to staff coordination and various social activities conducted jointly.

(b) Copies of educational certificates and transcript issued by local educational institutions in Maldives; or copies of letter confirming completion of the course and copies of transcript.

- Copies of documents covering the following criteria providing work experience:
(a) If work experience has been gained in a civil service post, in a state institution, in a government-owned company, a letter from that office stating the work undertaken, the period of work (in years, months and days), and the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each).
(b) For work experience within the civil service that cannot be verified from https://myaccount.csc.gov.mv/, a letter from that office stating the work undertaken and the period (in years, months and days) confirmed by that office, and stating the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each).
(c) If work experience has been gained in a private company or private organisation, a letter from that organisation stating the work undertaken, the period of work (in years, months and days), the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each) and the number of staff at the workplace.
(d) If work has been undertaken in a national or international association or society, a letter from that organisation stating the work undertaken, and the period (in years, months and days), and the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each). This letter should state whether the position held is a salaried position or not, or alternatively, an official letter from that organisation confirming this.
(e) If work has been undertaken in a dissolved state institution, or in a dissolved private company or private organisation, or in a dissolved national or international society or association, and a letter from that office stating the work undertaken and the period of work (in years, months and days) and the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each) cannot be obtained, the "Reference Check Form for Work Experience from a Dissolved Workplace" found in Table 8 of the Recruitment Rules.
