Main responsibilities and duties of the post
1. Daily statistics of CT and MRI scans performed by the Radiology Department.
Maintenance of statistics.
2. Preparation of patients coming to MRI and CT, filling in consent forms, and providing the information required to be provided.
3. Filling in the details that the doctor needs to fill in regarding patient information, and preparing patient documents under the guidance of the radiologist.
4. Sending and updating reports sent to teleradiology, and preparing to print reports and hand them over to patients.
5. Assisting radiologists and radiographers in other tasks that need to be performed as a form of assistance.
Requirements of the post
Having obtained a 'D' grade or better in 2 subjects in an examination at secondary school level or equivalent, and having obtained a 'C' grade or better in 'Dhivehi' in a secondary school or higher secondary school certificate examination.

- Copies of documents covering the following criteria providing work experience:
(a) If employed in a Civil Service post, in a state institution, in a government-funded organisation, a letter issued by that office stating the job held, the duration of employment (showing years, months and days), and the job responsibilities (even if different posts were held in one department).
(b) A letter issued by that office stating the duration of employment (showing years, months and days) and the job responsibilities (even if different posts were held in one department) for work not shown in https://myaccount.csc.gov.mv/ from within Civil Service experience.
(c) If work experience has been gained in a private company or private organisation, a letter from that organisation stating the work undertaken, the period of work (in years, months and days), the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each) and the number of staff at the workplace.
(c) If employed in a national or international organisation or association, a letter issued by that organisation stating the job held, the duration of employment (showing years, months and days), and the job responsibilities (even if different posts were held in one department) (this letter must state whether the post held was a salaried position or not, or alternatively a formal letter issued by that organisation stating this fact).
(b) If you have worked in an authorised government institution, or an authorised private company or private institution, or an authorised national or international organisation or association, then you must provide the job held and the duration of the job (in years, months and days), and the responsibilities of the job (even if you have worked in different posts in one institution) provided by that office, or if you do not obtain a written statement from the office, then reference letters indicating experience at the authorised workplace in schedule 8 of the recruitment principles.
Matters to consider in selecting the most suitable candidate for the position

Note: Appointment to the post shall be made only if the candidate obtains a total of 60% (sixty percent) and above from all criteria.

The interview and examination for a person to be appointed to this post will be held between 18 October 2026 and 18 November 2026, at the 4th floor of the Coveli Building of Hulhumalé Hospital.

It has been run under several governing bodies and, since November 2023, sits within the Malé City group of hospitals, directed by the Ministry of Health.
