About the role

A dynamic and experienced Duty Manager is needed to oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure company standards are maintained at Centara Ras Fushi Resort & Spa, an adults-only retreat in the North Malé Atoll.

What you would do

  • Oversee daily Front Office operations and ensure company standards are maintained.
  • Supervise and support Front Office staff through training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service, including handling VIP guests and resolving guest concerns promptly.
  • Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth resort operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor guest accounts, credit procedures, and operational compliance.
  • Maintain effective communication, teamwork, and staff discipline.
  • Conduct department briefings and manage manpower efficiently based on business needs.

What they are looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the same position (Maldives experience will be an added advantage).
  • Must be available to join immediately.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in day-to-day operations.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts and under pressure.
  • Additional language skills will be an advantage.
