What you would do

• Maintain guest villas to exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation
• Respond promptly to guest requests and enquiries
• Prepare trolleys and manage room allocation
• Handle Lost & Found items and key control
• Manage supply inventory and maintain safe working practices
• Work independently to solve day-to-day operational issues while maintaining luxury resort standards

What they are looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping
• At least 1 year as a Villa Attendant or similar position, preferably in a luxury international hotel or resort
• Strong technical knowledge of guest villa cleaning, room presentation, housekeeping equipment, cleaning products, and operating standards
• Strong commitment to service excellence with a warm, courteous, and guest-focused approach

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable, self-directed, and well-groomed with ability to work independently and consistently maintain luxury resort standards
