What you would do

• Lead, supervise and motivate the Front Office team to achieve the highest service standards.
• Handle guest arrivals, departures, requests, complaints, and special arrangements.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly and to the highest satisfaction.
• Ensure all Front Office procedures and resort policies are followed.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and developing team members.
• Liaise with transport and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth guest transfers and room readiness.
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming reception and back office area.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate relevant information to the team and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Supervisor / Assistant Front Office Manager.

What they are looking for

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Front Office operations in a luxury resort or hotel.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office and hotel management systems.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
