What you would do

• Supervise and coordinate daily laundry operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of guest and staff laundry.
• Monitor quality standards, ensuring proper handling, washing, pressing, and finishing of linen and garments.
• Lead, train, and motivate the laundry team to maintain productivity, service quality, and professional conduct.
• Maintain inventory of linen, uniforms, and laundry chemicals, ensuring proper stock levels and cost control.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health and safety, and environmental standards within the laundry facility.

What they are looking for

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a similar role within a resort or hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of laundry operations, fabric care, chemicals, and equipment.
• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges effectively.
• Basic computer skills and understanding of inventory control and reporting.
• Good command of spoken and written English with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance and positive attitude in line with resort brand standards.
