What you would do
- Design, deliver, and evaluate classroom, on-the-job, and digital learning programmes
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and competency mapping
- Develop training strategy and materials including SOPs and presentations
- Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Measure training effectiveness through KPIs, competency assessments, and learning analytics
- Provide facilitation and coaching to staff across the resort
What they are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Learning & Development, Education, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years' Learning & Development experience in hospitality, including 2 years in a managerial role
- Proven experience in Training Needs Analysis, competency mapping, and training strategy development
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and training evaluation
- Experience in leadership development, succession planning, and talent development
- Proficient in developing training materials, SOPs, presentations, and using Microsoft Office
- Strong knowledge of hospitality standards, compliance, health & safety, and quality assurance
- Experience in measuring training effectiveness through KPIs, competency assessments, and learning analytics
