What you would do
- Coordinate learning and development activities
- Assist Learning Manager in planning, preparing, administering and conducting L&D functions
- Ensure BTHR L&D systems operate efficiently in accordance with BTMA L&D standards
What they are looking for
- Diploma or degree in HR, Hospitality Management or related field
- Good knowledge of learning and development and employee development
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in a 5-star resort
