Other allowances:
- To request the Procurement Section to obtain the necessary items for Medical Consumable Stock before the stock runs out, and to maintain and distribute the obtained items in accordance with the established procedures for stock management.
- To request the Procurement Section to obtain the necessary items for Hospital Stationery and Other Materials Stock before the stock runs out, and to maintain and distribute the obtained items in accordance with the established procedures for stock management.
- To distribute items in accordance with the established procedures for full stock management.
- Before the Medical Stock runs out, to work to obtain items from the Ministry of Health by requesting in accordance with the established principles and procedures.
- To update the records of items to be entered into the Stock Software and the records of items to be disposed of according to procedures, complete dispatch notes and file them.
- To check and verify that all items received by the Stock and before handover are complete.
- To complete records of items to be disposed from Stock and items whose period has expired in accordance with established procedures.
- To maintain records of Controlled Drugs and similar items according to procedures, prepare reports and send them to the relevant parties.
- To maintain Hospital Stock accounts on a daily basis in accordance with the established method and prepare reports.
- To distribute items requested by Sections on a daily basis to the Sections, complete and file the reconciliation forms.
- To complete and send the Delivery Form or Goods Receive Form for items obtained by the Hospital or sent by various parties, to the relevant destination.
- To complete and send the Dispatch Notes for items sent from the Hospital/Health Centre to various locations, and to file and maintain the completed forms received back at the Hospital.
- To manage the receipt of items sent to the Hospital/Health Centre by various parties and the dispatch of items that need to be sent from the Hospital/Health Centre to various locations in accordance with procedures.
- To perform the work with dedication and responsibility and faithfully complete the work delegated to the workplace and staff.
- In addition to this, to participate and assist in small emergencies that occur at the Hospital and in special matters that involve everyone.
- Practically participating in work to be done in health emergencies, pandemics and crises.
- To work to promote cooperation and unity among staff, to participate in work that contributes to the development of the Hospital, and to practically participate in activities conducted by the Hospital in order to promote work-related and various social and special occasions.
- To work to promote compliance with the Hospital's general principles and regulations, and to support everyone in respecting the regulations.
- To work in support of staff and the public respecting the Hospital's general principles and regulations, and to continue working with attention to keeping the workplace and environment clean and hygienic.

1- To have obtained a National Qualification Level 5 Diploma or Level 6 Advanced Diploma/Associate Degree from Maldives.

(a) If work experience has been gained in a civil service post, in a state institution, in a government-owned company, a letter from that office stating the work undertaken, the period of work (in years, months and days), and the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each).
(b) For work experience within the civil service that cannot be verified from https://myaccount.csc.gov.mv/, a letter from that office stating the work undertaken and the period (in years, months and days) confirmed by that office, and stating the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each).
(c) If work experience has been gained in a private company or private organisation, a letter from that organisation stating the work undertaken, the period of work (in years, months and days), the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each) and the number of staff at the workplace.
(d) If work has been undertaken in a national or international association or society, a letter from that organisation stating the work undertaken, and the period (in years, months and days), and the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each). This letter should state whether the position held is a salaried position or not, or alternatively, an official letter from that organisation confirming this.
