ލޯކަލް ގަވަރމަންޓް އޮތޯރިޓީގެ ބޯޑުގެ މެންބަރުކަމަށް ކުރިމަތިލުމުގެ ފުރުޞަތު ހުޅުވާލުން

ޤާނޫނު ނަންބަރު 7/2010 (ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ އިދާރީ ދާއިރާތައް ލާމަރުކަޒީ އުޞޫލުން ހިންގުމުގެ ޤާނޫނު) ގެ 59 ވަނަ މާއްދާގެ (ހ) ގެ (2) ވަނަ ނަންބަރުގެ (iii) ގެ، ލޯކަލް ގަވަރމަންޓް އޮތޯރިޓީގެ ބޯޑުގެ ހުސްވެފައިވާ މަދަނީ ޖަމްޢިއްޔާއެއްގެ މެންބަރުގެ މަގާމަށް ކުރިމަތިލުމުގެ ފުރުޞަތު، މިއަދުން ފެށިގެން 1 ނޮވެންބަރު 2026 ވާ އާދިއްތަ ދުވަހުގެ 12:00 ގެ ނިޔަލަށް ހުޅުވާލައި، އެކަން އިޢުލާނުކުރަމެވެ.

އެ ޤާނޫނުގެ 59 ވަނަ މާއްދާގެ (ބ) ގައި، ލޯކަލް ގަވަރމަންޓް އޮތޯރިޓީގެ މެންބަރުކަމަށް ޢައްޔަންކުރާ މީހުންގެ ކިބައިގައި، ތިރީގައިވާ ޝަރުޠުތައް ފުރިހަމަވާންޖެހޭނެ ކަމަށް ބަޔާންކޮށްފައިވެއެވެ.

1. ދިވެހި ރައްޔިތަކަށްވުން؛

2. ޢުމުރުން 25 (ފަންސަވީސް) އަހަރު ފުރިފައިވުން؛

3. ބުއްދި ސަލާމަތުން ހުރި މީހަކު ކަމުގައިވުން؛

4. އިސްލާމްދީނުގައި ޙައްދެއް ކަނޑައެޅިފައިވާ ކުށެއް ނުވަތަ ޖިނާއީ ކުށެއް ނުވަތަ ޚިޔާނާތުގެ ކުށެއް ނުވަތަ ރިޝްވަތުގެ ކުށެއް ނުވަތަ މަސްތުވާތަކެތީގެ ވިޔަފާރިކުރުމުގެ ނުވަތަ ޓްރެފިކްކުރުމުގެ ނުވަތަ މަސްތުވާތަކެތި ބޭނުންކުރުމުގެ ކުށެއް ކުރިކަން ވޭތުވެދިޔަ 5 (ފަހެއް) އަހަރު ދުވަހުގެ ތެރޭގައި ޝަރީޢަތަށް ސާބިތުވެފައިވާ މީހަކު ކަމުގައިނުވުން؛

5. ދިވެހިރާއްޖޭގެ ޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާގެ ޤާނޫނުއަސާސީގެ ދަށުން ނުވަތަ ޤާނޫނެއްގެ ދަށުން އިންތިޚާބު ކުރެވޭ މަގާމެއް، ނުވަތަ ޤާނޫނުއަސާސީގައި ބަޔާންކުރާ މުސްތަޤިއްލު މުއައްސަސާއެއްގެ ނުވަތަ ޤާނޫނަކުން އުފައްދާ މުސްތަޤިއްލު އެހެން މުއައްސަސާއެއްގެ މެންބަރެއް ކަމުގައި ނުވުން؛

ވީމާ، ލޯކަލް ގަވަރމަންޓް އޮތޯރިޓީގެ މެންބަރުކަމަށް ކުރިމަތިލުމަށްއެދޭ ފަރާތްތަކުން، އަންނަނިވި ލިޔުންތަކާއެކު ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާގެ އޮފީހަށް ހުށަހެޅުއްވުން އެދެމެވެ.

1. މެންބަރުކަމަށް އެދި ހުށަހަޅާ ފޯމު

2. މެންބަރުކަމަށް ކުރިމަތިލުމަށް އެދޭ މީހާގެ އިޤްރާރު

3. ފުރިހަމަކޮށްފައިވާ ކުށާއި ދަރަނީގެ ރިކޯޑު ފޯމު (އިޢުލާން ކުރި ތާރީޚަށްވުރެ ފަހުން ދޫކޮށްފައިވާ ރިކޯޑުތަކަށްވުން)

4. ކުރިމަތިލާ ފަރާތުގެ ވަނަވަރު (ސީ.ވީ.)

5. ވަޒީފާއެއް އަދާކޮށްފައިވާނަމަ، އެ ވަޒީފާ އަދާކޮށްފައިވާ ތަންތަނާއި، އަދާކުރި ވަޒީފާތައް އެނގޭނެ ގޮތަށް، އަދި އެ ވަޒީފާތައް އަދާކުރި މުއްދަތާއި، އެ ވަޒީފާތަކުގެ މައިގަނޑު މަސްއޫލިއްޔަތުތައް ބަޔާންކޮށްފައިވާ ލިޔުންތަކުގެ ފޮޓޯކޮޕީ

ނޯޓް: އިޢުލާން ކުރި ތާރީޚަށްވުރެ ފަހުން ދޫކޮށްފައިވާ ރިކޯޑު އަދި ފޯމުތަކަކަށް ވާންވާނެއެވެ.

ލޯކަލް ގަވަރމަންޓް އޮތޯރިޓީގެ މެންބަރުންގެ މަގާމަށް ކުރިމަތިލުމަށް އެދޭ ފޯމާއި، އިޤްރާރާއި، ކުށާއި ދަރަނީގެ ރިކޯޑު ފޯމު ބަލައިގަތުމަށް ހަމަޖެހިފައިވަނީ، މިކަމަށް ކުރިމަތިލުމަށް ދީފައިވާ މުއްދަތުގައި، ރަސްމީ ބަންދުދުވަސްތައް ފިޔަވައި، އެހެން ދުވަސްދުވަހުގެ ހެނދުނު 8:30 އިން މެންދުރުފަހު 12:00 އަށް ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާގެ އޮފީހުންނެވެ. އަދި މި ފޯމުތަކާއި އިޤްރާރު، ރައީސުލްޖުމްހޫރިއްޔާގެ އޮފީހުގެ ވެބްސައިޓުން ޑައުންލޯޑް ކުރެވޭނެއެވެ. ވެބްސައިޓުގެ އެޑްރެހަކީ presidency.gov.mv އެވެ.
