Main responsibilities and duties of the post
- Carry out all administrative work of the Urban Primary Health Care Centre in the manner instructed by the Head of Department.
- Monitor the work and working methods of employees working in the administrative office of the Urban Primary Health Care Centre.
- Work to resolve difficulties arising in clinical work and provide assistance to clinical staff in managing employees.
- Identify and manage all matters related to the facilities and materials needed for the Urban Primary Health Care Centre and the parties involved.
- Prepare minutes of meetings held by the Urban Primary Health Care Centre.
- Make an entry by reviewing circulars received by the Urban Primary Health Care Centre before passing them to the Head of Department.
- Prepare documents such as circulars/memos that need to be sent by the Urban Primary Health Care Centre under the approval of the Head of Department, and send them to the relevant parties.
- Prepare replies to circulars/memos and similar documents received by the Urban Primary Health Care Centre and send them to the relevant parties.
- Prepare monthly reports of service users according to regulations, supervise and maintain them.
- Update census sheets.
- Enter duty rotas of employees working at the Urban Primary Health Care Centre into the system as per regulations and supervise all related work.
- File the documents of the Urban Primary Health Care Centre as per regulations and maintain them.
- Carry out all work related to the employees of the Urban Primary Health Care Centre.

Holding a degree at level 7 or 8 of the Maldivian national qualifications framework or a Bachelor's Honours degree in a discipline related to the position from a recognised institution.

Scope of work of the post:
Work related to administrative management and administration, human resources, finance and related technical work, and study and administrative work.

- Details of the applicant (including contact phone number and email address).
- A readable copy of both sides of the card proving that the applicant is a Maldivian citizen (even if the validity period has expired), or if the ID card is lost, the applicant's birth certificate, passport or driving licence.
- If a staff member with a service agreement to serve the Civil Service / Government is transferred to this position, a letter issued by the office providing the service stating that there is no objection to leaving the position.
- Copies of educational certificates obtained;
(a) For educational certificates issued by institutions outside Maldives that have been graded by the Maldives Qualifications Authority at a certain level, copies of the educational certificate and transcript; or: in cases where there is no certificate, a copy of the letter confirming completion of the course and a copy of the assessment report and transcript issued by the Maldives Qualifications Authority.
(b) Copies of educational certificates and transcript issued by local educational institutions in Maldives; or copies of letter confirming completion of the course and copies of transcript.
- Copies of documents covering the following criteria providing work experience:
(a) If work experience has been gained in a civil service post, in a state institution, in a government-owned company, a letter from that office stating the work undertaken, the period of work (in years, months and days), and the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each).
(b) For work experience within the civil service that cannot be verified from https://myaccount.csc.gov.mv/, a letter from that office stating the work undertaken and the period (in years, months and days) confirmed by that office, and stating the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each).
(c) If work experience has been gained in a private company or private organisation, a letter from that organisation stating the work undertaken, the period of work (in years, months and days), the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each) and the number of staff at the workplace.
(d) If work has been undertaken in a national or international association or society, a letter from that organisation stating the work undertaken, and the period (in years, months and days), and the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each). This letter should state whether the position held is a salaried position or not, or alternatively, an official letter from that organisation confirming this.
(e) If work has been undertaken in a dissolved state institution, or in a dissolved private company or private organisation, or in a dissolved national or international society or association, and a letter from that office stating the work undertaken and the period of work (in years, months and days) and the responsibilities of the post (if work has been undertaken in different posts in one institution, the responsibilities should be stated separately for each) cannot be obtained, the "Reference Check Form for Work Experience from a Dissolved Workplace" found in Table 8 of the Recruitment Rules.
