Addu Meedhoo Council Office invites applications from interested persons for a vacancy in the Municipal Workers' Pool.

Main Responsibilities and Duties of the Post
1. Clean tarred and paved roads by sweeping.
2. Remove rubbish from under trees and clean.
3. Trim and clean the grass on football fields, playgrounds, and parks, and similar places, so that it does not grow long.
4. Cut and clean grass growing in a way that obstructs the road.
5. Remove and clean fallen branches in a way that obstructs the road.
6. Trim and clean the trees on roads managed by the office
7. Carry out urgent tasks as instructed by the office in situations arising from natural disasters.
8. Clean roads, public grounds and parks of grass growing there, water it, and spread grass fertiliser
