About the role

What you would do

Coordinate daily kitchen administrative tasks, records, reports and documentation.
Assist with staff schedules, attendance, duty rosters, training and departmental communication.
Coordinate kitchen requisitions, stock records, deliveries and follow-up with Stores/Purchasing.
Support the Culinary team with meetings, events, menus and operational requirements.
Coordinate effectively with HR, Finance, Purchasing, Stores, F&B and other departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

What they are looking for

Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years' experience in kitchen administration, culinary operations or hospitality.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel, email and general administrative systems.
Good English communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and team members.
