What they are looking for
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- A minimum 3 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to talent acquisition and retention functions
- Experience in the hospitality or luxury resort industry is preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
- Proven experience in designing and implementing employee retention and engagement programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- A team player with a positive can-do attitude, excellent communication skills
