About the role

Crossroads Maldives, the country's first extraordinary multi-island leisure destination, is looking for a seasonal spa therapist to join their team.

What they are looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry
Certification in massage therapy, spa treatments, or a related wellness field
Proficient in delivering a variety of spa treatments, including massage therapies, body treatments, and facials
Excellent customer service skills with a warm, professional, and approachable demeanor
Physically fit and capable of performing treatments for extended periods while maintaining service quality
Familiarity with spa booking systems and POS systems is an advantage
Fluent in English (verbal and written), with proficiency in either Chinese or Russian required
Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
