What they are looking for
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in HACCP, food safety, kitchen administration, or a similar role within a reputable hotel or resort
- Sound knowledge of HACCP principles, food safety standards, hygiene, and sanitation practices
- Previous experience in HACCP documentation, monitoring, record keeping, and compliance
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date HACCP records, checklists, reports, and other kitchen documentation
- Good understanding of food safety procedures, including temperature monitoring, cleaning and sanitation, pest control, and corrective action procedures
- Ability to conduct regular checks and follow up on food safety and hygiene compliance
- Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Culinary, Stewarding, F&B, and other relevant departments
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced resort environment
